How to return goods
When returning goods, you are required to follow the steps described below:

3) The goods purchased and delivered must be returned, unused and in the original packaging, at the customer's expense, within 10 working days from the receipt of the said goods. Goods to be returned and food products, in particular - with the exception of the foods exempt from return listed in Point 6 - must still be sealed in the original packing and must have been stored in the correct conditions to ensure that their safety standards, organoleptic qualities and appearance are unchanged.
4) We will refund the unsatisfied client the amount paid for the goods being returned, within 30 days of receipt of the communication and following receipt of the said goods..
5) For obvious reasons relating to food hygiene, storage, perish ability, and consumer health the following food products may not be returned: PERISHABLES, FRESH FOODS, CURED MEATS, ALL MEATS WHATEVER THE TYPE OR PROCESSING USED, CHEESES, DAIRY PRODUCTS, FRUIT, VEGETABLES, regardless of whether vacuum-packed or in a modified atmosphere.
